How to Activate USB Debugging On Android 4.2+?

Step 1: Go to Settings >> About Phone.
Step 2: Go to "Build Number" at the end of the Scroll list.
Step 3: Press on “Build Number” 7 times. While typing for the third time, you should see a prompt message to indicate that you 4 more taps to go to developer options.
Step 4: Now Continue 4 more Pressing.
Step 5: You are done, now go back to the Setting page.
Step 6: Now you will be able to see the Developer Option on your setting list, when the Developer Option appeared; you can Activate/De-Activate USB Debugging Mode. Done!!

How to Enable USB Debugging On Android 4.0+?

Step 1: First Go to Settings.
Step 2: Now scroll down and press "Developer options".
Step 3: Now Activate "USB Debugging" from the available option. Done!!

How to Turn On USB Debugging On Android 2.3+?

Step 1: First Go to Settings.
Step 2: Now Press "Applications".
Step 3: After that, Go to "Development".
Step 3: Now Activate "USB Debugging" from the available option. Done!!
