According to the official blog of Windows 8, Windows Server 8 beta has now more emphasis on cloud computing and technology in this newest release. Microsoft says that Windows Server 8 can handle everything from large public cloud servers to small private cloud server operations. The latest release of Windows Server 8 beta also offers businesses and hosting providers a scalable, dynamic, and multitenant-aware, cloud-optimized infrastructure. It securely connects across premises and allows IT Professionals to respond to business needs faster and more efficiently.
According to the official website Microsoft has added thousands of new features in Windows Server 8 beta edition. Windows Server "8" Beta have brought dynamic cloud experience for users from building and operating public clouds to delivering the most dynamic, available, and cost-effective server platform for the private cloud. It provides solutions to help developers to cloud optimize IT.
The final commercial version of Windows Server 8 is speculated to be released by the end of 2012, around the time the final shipping version of the consumer-themed Windows 8 is also scheduled to be released to the public.
